Add links between badge pages and badge config pages for admins

It would be very convenient if one hat a simple button to go back and forth between the main badge pages and the configuration pages – both for the overview and the individual badge pages. E.g.:

  • /admin/badges ↔ /badges
  • /admin/badges/16 ↔ /badges/16/richtlinien-gelesen

This feels somewhat similar to my issue with Trust Levels, posted about here: QOL: dealing with trust levels - #7 by stephtara
