After following an unsubscribe-link in an email, I currently get these options to choose from
- unsubscribe from the thread
- unsubscribe from the category
- cancel all notifications by mail
I would like to see an option to cancel tag subscriptions too.

I have to apologize. 
Reading the source code it is possible to unsubscribe from a category already. Somehow I missed that in my tests.
Unsubscribing from tags is missing.
So I changed this feature request to implement unsubscribe for tags.
I wrote an implementation here:
