Adjacent emoji sometimes doesn't render the 2nd emoji

Adjacent emojis (with no space in between) are not rendered in some cases.

It’s better in chat, but it displays the small render instead of the large one.

Is enable inline emoji translation activated or deactivated when this happens?

By default it is disabled

With enable inline emoji translation enabled, it renders like this in a post:

Size is still wrong, though.

This setting is disabled on meta, where I took the screenshots from in my first post.

Thanks for the link, I searched for a topic in this issue but didn’t find it.

Closing as duplicate of Inline emoji turned into text which I’m already investigating but it’s unfortunately not an easy fix :expressionless:
