Admin/email/smtp_should_reject endpoint not permitted by email.receive emails scope

We’re using scoped API keys for direct email delivery and are currently implementing the fast rejection interface.

However, it turns out that the admin/email#smtp_should_reject route is not included in the email.receive emails API scope.

Is this on purpose or is this an oversight?

I thinks it is a minor oversight? @Roman_Rizzi ? I think you added this scope.
