I have not enabled “Log personal message views by Admin for other users/groups” but still admin private messages views counts and shows in view count?
how to fix this?
That setting records when an admin views personal messages at admin/logs/staff_action_logs, it doesn’t suppress view counts.
You can’t view personal messages without leaving evidence of having done so.
