I have created two personas ‘productX’ and ‘productXaddons’. Users are PM-ing with ‘productX’, but when they have a question about addons i’ve instructed it in the system prompt to mention ‘productXaddons’. So it does it as expected, but then nothing happens. If I mention ‘productXaddons’ it jumps in and answers as expected.
I’ve created users for both, enabled all settings for mentioning and even added them to the group that can access bots, but it still looks like they can’t mention each other. Is this by design? I think it’s a very powerful use case.
I’m aware of the AI triage in Automation, but my current plan doesn’t have access to the Automation plugin.
