Air Theme - Show images on the main screen

3 things:

  1. You’re looking at the AI generated summary, which is not affected by the theme.
  2. If you turn that off, and look at the descriptions that the Air Theme gives by default, it seems to be showing the topic post info, not the most recent post.
  3. The default description doesn’t seem to include images, as seen by looking at the description of this topic, for example.

If you’re talking about whether it’s possible, I’m sure there’s a way, but it would need some customization on your part. Also note that having images in these topic previews may take up lots of space.
