Amazon Ads not working properly

Upon using the Plugin for ads, and putting in the corresponding info for ads. My forum turns into as shown below. Not entirely sure why its doing this?

Same issue here!! Is there a solution for this??? Also what happend to House Ads? Can’t find the link anywhere??
