Still the case. Comment the install.sh part, rebuild. Uncomment it, rebuild again. That works. Strange.

No, not for me.
Did you try to install it again without having to comment it?
I rebuild Discourse a lot.
I’m not sure what the problem was some months ago. Maybe this was also related to the GeoIP download which then was changed to local files.

I’m not sure what that issue was myself honestly, that script doesn’t have anything to do with the reported error.
