For Anonymous mode with reactions disabled by system administrator, users can click on anonymous mode button in a new tab while being on a specific post showing reactions UI from main account, then switches tab to main account showing the reactions UI and reacts.
It registers from the anonymous account, if user logs out from anonymous mode refresh main account, they see the reaction by them on anon account and they can react from main account (again, the have 2 reactions by them).
