¿Como administrador, puedo forzar la lista de categorías en la navegación?

I currently have 9 public categories for my forum. I have set the default sidebar categories as mentioned here. I have a member who added his account fairly early on, probably before I set the defaults, and he only sees 1 category in the left nav. As Admin is there any way I can force reset the categories listing for all users?

Yes. Change the Default navigation menu categories site setting.
When you validate the change, you’ll have this popup:
