I’ve tried both with the Cache Comment HTML setting enabled or disabled and it appears to have no impact on the problem behavior. I’ve currently got it disabled enabled (sorry, I was incorrect, it’s currently enabled while I keep poking at it), but I can set it to whatever would be helpful for troubleshooting.
