Is there any way by which I can schedule chat messages for users. I am working on a 7-day new user onboarding plan and for this everyday, I want to schedule a new message to all the new users joining us.

You can’t with some out-of-the-box solution AFAIK. But could you tweak welcome message by Discobot?
