I’ve set the automated backups to occur every day and to use local storage. Where will these backups get put?
I don’t see them listed in the Admin/Backup panel, but I do see backups there that I manually create there and I can find those inside the container (in my case at /bitnami/discourse/public/backups/default).
Are they put somewhere else, or are the backups not running as expected?
Same location as manual backups. You will receive a PM about failed automatic backups as long as you are using a recent beta of Discourse.
It looks like you are using Bitnami, which isn’t supported by us. So, unfortunately you are on your own if you think your settings are correct and automatic backups are still not working.
