I was hoping for a setting to allow auto-badge granting (and removal) based on group membership.
It would be a setting on the group edit screen allowing you to specify which badge members would automatically get.

Do you mean “badge” (like Discourse Meta ) or do you mean “flair” like the little extra icon on some people’s avatars, or do you mean “Bug reporter” word (primary group) that’s next to your name here?

Then, yes, if you can turn on badge SQL there should be examples in the “cool badge sql” topic that tell you what you want to know.
Right he knows that, this is a request to make it a one click easy feature for a group.
