I am trying to enable AI for answering the questions on organization’s forum platform but the settings tab next to automation section seems to be greyed out. Can someone help me figure this out?
Is the plugin enabled? Look for the blue slider checkmark on the right next to the ‘settings’ button

Yes, I already shared the screenshot in my previous reply. Is that not visible?
The only setting you could see there is “automation enabled” which you can change directly with the toggle.
Ah now I see the Settings button which is greyed out on the right, in the screenshot
You can go to /admin/plugins/discourse-automation to add automation rules, for the time being.
Right now that settings button is working on my forum but it doesn’t take you anywhere useful either (it just searches for “automation” in site settings)
Ahhh okay, and is that the right place to add AI for the forum? For context, I would like AI to generate answers for the questions asked by users in the forum, based on the previous discussions.
Also, would it be possible for me to add our documents for the AI to refer while finding the answers?
