Backup failed when migrating from AWS to Digitalocean

Back failed when migrating from AWS to digitalocean. I have tried both command line method and GUI. Both methods failed. I have no idea what to do next. Need some help.

Turn off enable_s3_uploads, backup, restore, and turn it on again.
