Due to some ongoing stability issues - I have had to switch hosting services. The old host is unable to get the web site to run, however it runs enough to operate in the terminal (albeit at a glacial pace) and so I am trying to enact a backup so that I can move the database as was to the new server…

If you configure S3 then

 discourse backup

With backup to S3. You can also turn on the site setting that turns on database only backups.
