Okay, I feel stupid, but I cannot find the setting to change the color of a category (I’m sure there was such an option). Have it been removed?

How to define category colors?

Recently installed a discourse test environment. I created a category and set a category color successfuly. Im sure I done this while creating the category. Now I want to change the color of the category, but cant for the life of me figure out how? or how I done it originally, Im sure the below dialog had a color selector before?, but now it doesnt.
