Better unfurling of Discourse topics on Slack

Your Discourse topic embeds on Slack just got better!

I just pushed a commit that adds label1/data1 and label2/data2 properties (found in Twitter Product card) in Discourse topics.

This improves the Discourse topic unfurling on Slack.

Now you will be able to see Topic Reading time and Likes stats right on the Slack embed.

Let us know how can we further improve the Discourse embed experience.

Might be emoji :green_heart:? Probably just a direct copy of what Slack was doing. Not sure why they went with green heart, either…
