You want to block all incoming requests for RSS content from your site?

I have another site who is using an RSS reader on my forum, so all my posts are being automatically posted on his site. I dont like it.

Yes, I saw that post. This blocks bots (and search engines) from viewing that page and that is not what I want. I just need to delete .rss pages.
Also, my forum is public, i cant apply the second solution.

Your problem is actually how to stop indexing and scoring stolen content — and that isn’t fixed.
You’re welcome. Hopefully this helps. Though if they are unaware of Discourse’s internal RSS support. They might be using a web service.
Posting a tutorial on your XP would be great! As this can have other applications if not mistaken.
