BlockAdBlock implementation : how?

I’d like to implement BlockAdBlock on my Discourse installation. I’ve tried using the official ad-plugin, but I guess it’s not how it works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated ! If anyone has ever managed to make it, of course.

Are you using the free script? BlockAdBlock | Stop Losing Ad Revenue

Just add the script on your /admin/customize/themes/ and select /body to add the script.

Did you try?

Alright, I didn’t even know it worked this way.

Anyways, I’m a bit confused, I don’t see any “Body” option in the admin theme menu.

And also thank you for your help c:

Well, let’s do it step by step

  1. Go to admin panel
  2. Click on Customize
  3. Click on Themes
  4. Click on your theme (I don’t know which are you using).
  5. Click on Edit CSS/HTML
  6. Then a new editor appears with </body> tag
  7. Add your code.
  8. Save it
  9. Test it.

Ok, so all I need to do is to add the code between the <body></body> tags ?

I’ll try that naw >w< thanks for the help ~

EDIT : Ok, it works now ! But it looks like the ACCESS WEBSITE button doesn’t close the BlockAdBlock screen.

That’s a problem with the script, discourse works fine. Just contact the script’s support. :philosoraptor:
