Bulk Actions: "Remove Tags" in addition to "Change Tags"

There should be an option to remove one kind of tag

[IMG_2406] I would like this to be a feature because there is no way to remove only one kind of tag, and the closest option is remove all tags, but that is not a viable option. This would make organizing the forum easier. You can also choose to delete the tag itself, but what if you wanted to only remove that tag from certain posts? This is why I would like this to be a feature.
