Calls to APIs of type t/{id}.json do not work for subcategories

Hello all,

https://meta.discourse.org/c/21.json returns a “not found”

whereas https://meta.discourse.org/c/support/wordpress.json works as expected.

wordpress (id = 21) is a subcategory of category support (id = 6).

[url]/c/6.json also works as expected.

I imagine this is not intentional right?

https://meta.discourse.org/c/support/21.json works, so I believe this is working as expected.

Shame, though. That’s extra lines of code. Oh, well.
