We are a small community (about 200 members) and our numbers are relatively low. And it seems that admins are counted in the logged in user views, even for the admin pages. So if I am running reports for a monthly report, I might make 100 views, which would distort our total. Is there anyway to remove this out of the count?

I’m afraid I don’t think this is currently possible. The pageview metric is an aggregate one and can’t be split out into staff v. non-staff even with the data explorer.
I think there is an open feature request for this that you may want to add your voice to:
