Putting this in feature category as I am not sure it is a bug. Certain “admin” functions in a topic result in a “pseudo-post” of sorts, like pinning a topic, unpinning a topic, and splitting a topic. These system generated posts have the ability to be edited, as well as deleted, but unlike a typical post, there does not appear to be a way to undelete them. Is this intentional?

Je remonte mon propre sujet (vraiment ancien) ici, car je viens de rencontrer ce problème sur un autre site que je gère. Sur ce site, nous avons des utilisateurs TL4, ce qui signifie qu’ils peuvent épingler des sujets. L’un d’eux a épinglé un sujet globalement, alors qu’il aurait dû s’agir d’une épingle normale. Il l’a donc désépinglé et l’a de nouveau épinglé. Par la suite, il a tenté de supprimer la petite publication originale « épinglée globalement », mais a constaté que cela déclenchait le message « à supprimer dans 24 heures ». Il n’existe pas d’option pour signaler une petite publication, ce qui semble être un bug (je vais créer un sujet séparé dans Contribute > UX, je ne suis pas sûr que cela relève du niveau Contribute > Bug). Quoi qu’il en soit, permettre de désupprimer ou d’annuler une suppression résoudrait le problème, car je (en tant qu’administrateur) pourrais alors le supprimer sans délai.

I would be very much against that personally. On the site this report is coming from, TL4 users do pin globally, and have reasons for doing so. This was an innocent mistake that the user realized and was cleaning up. We have a definitely need for users to be able to pin (including globally) but not get access to /admin or /flags.
Edit: disabling TL4 global pinning also will not do anything to solve the original issue, which affects site staff too.
