No se puede crear un nuevo tema en una subcategoría recién creada a menos que recarguemos la página

Steps:

1. Create a new subcategory
2. Go in the subcategory page
3. New topic button is greyed out and the notification button has no icon:

The issue remains until we reload the entire page, then the buttons work:

@pmusaraj this is probably related to full page category. You can force a reload on next transition same way we do on upgrade (that way it will be least intrusive).

Previously we used to force a full refresh on category save.
