Can't edit a message as an admin: you don't have permissions to create a poll

On a forum I imported, I encounter an issue on a post:

On this topic, remote image downloading won’t work for some reason.

And I can’t edit the post:

Any idea why?

I think I’ve seen something similar recently. Does the original poster have the right permissions to make polls?

They didn’t. I temporarily increased their trust level and could edit the topic. Thank you.
As an admin, I shouldn’t encounter this issue regardless of the author’s permissions I guess.

Should I open a topic in bug?

I’d give it a go. :+1: If it turns out it’s intentional for some reason, the topic can always be slid over to UX
