Categories in "top menu"?

I’m not sure I entirely understand the changes

Invalid items can be added to the top_menu setting

We have an extra allow_any attribute for site setting

I can’t find that site setting. Is it only in the site site_settings.yml?

Invalid items can be added to the top_menu setting

(default is true). If allow_any is set to false on a list, the choices are restricted so they always match the list.

If defauklt is true (and I haven’t changed it), shouldn’t it still be working?
