Category from /new-topic route not displayed in composer

Steps to reproduce:

• Visit https://meta.discourse.org/new-topic?category=bug
• Observe composer open with bug prefilled in category selector
• Close composer
• Visit https://meta.discourse.org/new-topic?category_id=1
• Observe composer open with Uncategorized in category selector
  • This should display bug, like before
  • If you then go ahead and hit “Create Topic” the topic will appear in bug, so it looks like this is just a display issue

The bug happens on this commit, but not the one before: FEATURE: improves select-box to support category selection on new topic · discourse/discourse@7b4e302 · GitHub, so it looks like something was lost in the change from category-chooser → category-select-box, @j.jaffeux
