Hi, just wondering if anyone can assist. Posters on our platform cannot select a certain category. I’ve had a look at the admin settings and trust levels under posting but cannot work out why this is occurring. I had a look at the specific category setting but can’t seem to find a problem there. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Apart from the category Security tab, I can’t think of anything obvious? Is there anything special about the category? Maybe an accent in the category name? If you could provide some more info it may help narrow it down. 
The category is Media but there’s nothing to have a private setting about. Where is the category security tab located?
