Ändere den 'Answer'-Button zurück zu 'Save Edit' beim Bearbeiten eines Post Voting-Posts

When I edit the original topic the button that would normally say “Save Edit” now says “Answer”.

It has the functionality of save edit, or seems to, so as it is currently I find it misleading/unhelpful/confusing.

Ah, yes. I’m seeing a similar thing:

Answer instead of Save Edit

I think it would be clearer if that was ‘Save Edit’ like non-post voting ones too.
