Change default profile picture to pre-set/custom image

Is there any way that instead of the default profile picture being a Gravatar / first letter of ur username can it be set to a custom image or something? And ofc it can be changed later by the User.

How would I go about implementing that?

I did it

Just changed external system avatars url’s content to the img url in Settings, did the trick
