Is there a way to change the background color or opacity of the homebar that appears on the newest Samsung Galaxy phones (and I believe any phone running Android 9.0)?
Currently on the web app/PWA of a Discourse forum, the homebar is white.
However, on an app, like say Twitter, the background of it is transparent:
Are those PWAs running on Chrome or in the Samsung Browser (which also implements the PWA “spec”)?
I’m currently running Android 10 beta, and since it is all gesture based there is no more a “homebar” to theme 
It’s Chrome, and there’s the user’s option to display the navigation bar or have a gesture homebar. And even with the gesture, thin layers of white appears
