I’ve just learned that you can turn off public chat channels - fantastic! This is great for sites where you just want to add DMs without the overhead of Channels.
The setting works fine, and Channels are nicely hidden in the Sidebar, but the Channels button (and a redundant tab page) is still visible in the tab on the chat drawer:
It would make a lot of sense to have this tab removed from the UI when public channels are turned off.
