and there is an error in the backup information

I have set polish language.

In english displays correctly

Oh, I think this has been broken for ages, but it only affects extra locales (admin_js and probably wizard_js).

I’ll investigate further, but I think the fallback to English doesn’t work on the client when the current locale has different pluralization rules than English.
