Not sure if this is intentional or may be a bug, but the blue banner overlays over search results here in mobile samsung internet.
Run a search in mobile app, samsung internet or other.
Starts to appear after scrolling past #15th search result.

Similar issue on home page of latest topics, when scrolled to the end the last topics are cut off and theme banner flickers in front, this seems like more of a glitch/bug:
The search results are difficult to read because of the background

Search for something
Scroll down
For me, it happens right after the first result, so maybe it depends on the screen size.
