Community members can't access the page

Hello, I hope you can help me troubleshoot multiple instances where my community creators were not able to access the community page. In more detail:

  1. I have added invited community members emails + group name (NL_Creator_Community) by bulk upload - received a notification that it’s been successful
  2. I then sent an invite email to the said creators to join us in the app
  3. Multiple creators get this window: “Oops! that page doesn’t exist or is private.”
  4. I’ve asked them to double check whether they are logging in using the same email address as I’ve added in the list; making sure that their Pinterest account is Business (not personal) - they still get the same issue when all of this applies
  5. Additionally, I’ve asked them to delete the app-download-login again; I’ve also shared a specific link from within our community group to see if they can access and their response was: “I can access the link bcs it opens in a “regular” safari tab but it does not go to the app. I deleted and reinstalled the app but still get the same “oops bla bla” when I want to “join the conversation”. The speech bubble does work. I have no clue what’s going on” ; Another creator emailed me this: “I get this Oops message when I click the link in the email, but I can see the groupchat in my inbox
