How are manually edited translations displayed?

I am curious how translations appear after they’ve been edited (by either the OP or a mod/admin/translator). Are OP edits allowed here? Perhaps I’ll just use this topic itself as a testbed… if you’ll excuse a bit of poor spanish.

I suppose the answer is: they’re not? I manually edited the English translation here (both post and title), but I don’t think you can tell that. In fact, it’s still warning me that AI-based translations may be inaccurate.
