Composer keeps the last visited topic composer reply action

Hello,

Repro:

  1. Go to a topic and open composer
  2. Go to the homepage and open composer (if I go to other topic that will works fine and overwrite the previous)
  3. Click the top left + button to change the composer to new message.

Looks like a small state leak, we are not clearing up all the fields on dismiss perhaps, @vinothkannans can you have a look?
