Hello 
When a user submits a new topic that is subject to mandatory moderator approval (placed into a pending state), the composer does not fully complete the submission cycle.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in as a user whose posts require approval (or in a category where all topics are moderated e.g. Theme component)
- Create a new topic.
- The topic is correctly sent to the moderation queue (Pending).
- The composer is stuck in Saving state.
- The draft is not cleared from the user’s drafts.
No errors in the browser console during the “Saving” state.
