Convert post in review queue to PM

Client asks:

When I catch an incoming post via Watched Words, it is placed in my pending queue (as designed). From there I sometimes want to dialogue with the poster about it. Thus, It’d be great to simply make it a PM and go from there. (instead of having to make it Public, then changing to a PM)
