Create staged users via API?

It would be really handy to be able to create a message that creates a staged user without having to resort to some other system to process the form and send an email.

I reckon that you could use a Wizard ( Custom Wizard Plugin) to achieve that without too much bother. You can do anon wizards now. Happy to give you a hand if needed!
