Can anyone please tell how to create this small icon corner of the image for different role , and when user hover it will show as it is admin or moderator or employee or guru

It’s called a Flair and you can upload it in User → Groups → (specific group) → Manage

You need to goto group you want to flair in groups menu choose manage from dropdown

Then set the flair in your user preferences to the group flair you want to display.
