Custom emoji are shown in wrong size when quoted

If one quotes a custom emoji, it is enlarged to a very big size. The root cause is that…

class="emoji emoji-custom"

…is dropped when quoted.

Reproed on 2.1 stable using a number of devices of various OS platforms. Cannot repro on Try, as there are no custom emoji present.
