Custom Header links was automatically hide when scrolling topic page contents

Hi,
I have created a “Custom Header Links” component and added with my theme. It’s also reflected in site properly. Then i am navigated to any of the topic page and the headers looks like below,

While scrolling the page, one of the custom header menu “Resources” was hidden automatically. I thought it may happened due to auto display of the topic title in headers like below,

Then after scrolling up, topic tile was hidden from headers and “Resources” menu was display as usual.

How to override auto hide of header menus when scrolling ?

Do you have the last part of the setting set as remove? You’d need to change that to keep
