[Custom Wizard Plugin] Need Help with Multi-Select Dropdown & License Transfer

Hello,

I’m setting up an onboarding process using the Custom Wizard plugin, where users choose one or more groups during registration. My forum has a large number of groups, so displaying them all as checkboxes or in a long dropdown makes the page difficult to navigate.

Issue 1: Multi-Select Dropdown with Search

I need a way for users to search and select multiple groups efficiently instead of scrolling through an extensive list. A multi-select dropdown with search functionality would be ideal, but I can’t find this option in the plugin settings.

  • Does the plugin support this feature?
  • If not, is there a workaround or customization that can enable this?

Issue 2: License Transfer Problem

I moved my Custom Wizard license from my main site to a test site for testing purposes. Now, I can’t transfer the license back to my production site.

  • How can I reset the license and reactivate it on my main site?

I’d really appreciate any guidance on these issues. Thanks in advance!

For Custom Wizard license you will want the contact Pavilion.

If the other parts of your post is using Custom Wizard then Pavilion is also your best best be et as it is one of their great products.

Thanks, @Heliosurge, for your response!

We posted about this issue yesterday on Pavilion’s support forum, but we haven’t received a response yet. We’re still waiting to hear back from them, but in the meantime, if anyone here has any insights or possible workarounds for the multi-select dropdown issue, we’d really appreciate it!

Actually it’s been 2 days we posted on pavilion’s support forum. Unfortunately no response.

If you know any pavilion team member would you please mention them here?

Angus has already responded here. But as Custom Wizard Plugin is in Plugin category along with other Pavilion Plugins & theme components. Posting in the plugin or TC can also be used to get in contact with a member of their team.
