Customize this error message

Hello there,

I have seen there is an ability to customize certain “oops” error messages when I am in admin area under customize—>text . But when I search for this one I don’t find anywhere to access the text. The way our website is set up we have members access site support through a chat, not a feedback category.

Is there a way I can customize this error message?

You’re going to need to customize it from the app.yml as it’s outside the image, and not part of the application.
