I have “Enable replying to topics via email.” disabled - but users frequently try to reply to notification emails when a topic they created or are subscribed to is updated.
Is there a way I can customize the email template to add wording indicating it’s an unmonitored mailbox?
you can customize any email template in admin-customize-email. not sure which templates you will want to edit - perhaps the “User posted” and “User replied” ones?
