"Delete user" doesn't always refresh UI properly when multiple posts by the same user are flagged

All spammer topics that require approval not removed when 'deleted'

In the forum.com/queued-posts list. When you click on the needs approval link to see list of topics requiring approval, when you delete one (and ban ip and delete account and all posts) they are removed from the DB but not that list. Clicking on delete for another spam post then results in an error message.
